The Family Experience

Among the massive crowds that come to Salem every year, there is a percentage of them that are coming on a familial pilgrimage.  Descendants of either the infamous witch trials of 1692 or of many of our earliest settlers often come here throughout the year to visit their ancestral homes.  

Now for the first time, there is tailor made experience just for descendants of our early planters, or of figures involved in the Witch Trials of 1692.  This experience is presented by Ancestry Tour Agents, in cooperation with Historic Beverly.

"The Family Experience" – is the most in depth journey through history tailored just for you. This EXCLUSIVE offer includes expert guided tours of both Salem and Beverly, offering a deep dive into the stories of your ancestors. You will also enjoy special access to Historic Beverly sites during open hours, alongside an optional dedicated two-hour research appointment. To conclude your journey, you will receive a special booklet capturing the stories of your ancestors, complete with photographs and resources as a keepsake.  

This experience also includes a screening appointment at least a month in advance that allows our guest to share the names of up to 3 ancestors they want researched or covered for this trip.  In turn, this not only allows us to do our research and preparations for you, but it also allows us to share other places you may be curious to see as well that pertain to your ancestors.
